The university management board

The Administrative Board of the University ensures, under the Rector's guidance, the operative management of the University and puts into operation the strategic decisions of the Senate. The Board comprises the Rector, the Vice-rectors, the Deans, the General Administrative Director and a representative of the students.

Its main prerogatives are to establish an institutional budget in operational terms, to approve the budget execution and the annual balance sheet, to institute academic and staff policies. The Administrative Board submits proposals to the Senate concerning medium and long-term strategies of the University, and policies for domains of interest for the University.
